Edition One Summer closing July 15th - August 15th.

 

Dear Clients,

Edition One Studios has experienced rapid growth over the last few months. As a result, we are struggling to meet demand and offer the type of customer service that is so important to our business.

To date, nearly all of our business has been driven by our client's recommendations. That is incredible, and we are very grateful. Some of our more recent clients have experienced considerable delays with their books, and we know this is unacceptable.

This summer we will stop production for one month in order to restructure, add equipment, and new staff. As such, orders placed after June 15th will be scheduled for late August delivery.

From July 1st through Aug 15th, phone support will also be limited. Please contact us via email for the quickest possible response.
